Did this video help you?

North Garcia: If I pass the test for captioning then I can just transcript as well?

nick dsouz: Hi mam, i need your help in clearing rev.com transcription test, could u please help me in that?

nick dsouz: Hi mam, i need your help in clearing rev.com transcription test, could u please help me in that?

Bishal Kr Boro: Hi, Yesterday I submitted my Translator application form but I didn't get any reply from this site, What should I do now?

Stanley Kimani: Hello Maiden, do you set the speakers as they are, 1,2 and 3 or do u convert them to the interviewer, spk2, and Chris Ferguson? Another quiz, do we have a crosstalk anywhere in the script?

Miner's Treasures: I am not sure what you doing but you almost blow out my speakers with a loud popping noise a few times a minute. Just a FYI.

Snuggle Puma: The graders on the caption side are such nasty people. Spend some time in the forums and you'll see what I mean. Mostly disgusting, old women who knit pick about everything, criticize people over the tiniest error, don't care that we make $5 per hour getting carpel tunnel syndrome for a virtual charity project. "In my day we had to walk uphill in the snow to both ways to school!" Really, and was rent also $1000 per month for a studio apartment in your day? I didn't think so!

Brian Le: Cool video! I was wondering, do you get taxed for the money you make with Rev?

Ronnel Bailon: Dont waste ur time applying here. Once you fail their test they wont even mention to you exactly how and where you failed. No copy of the correct transcription to compare ur work with and learn from ur mistakes.

Rich: Can't hear it. Just can't hear it.

Chethana Gowda: Can I know any Indians working here

heather graham: Work at home maiden, Initially there is a video that shows the applicant how to utilize the transcription editor screen. Once you convert to another page on the application you lose that page and displayed is only the editor you will be using for the test. I have two questions. Is there a way to retrieve that training video? If not, how do you switch back to the same speaker? For example, speaker one says something. The next speaker responds and then speaker one speaks again. How would I go back to speaker one.

CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG: Hi, thanks for the video, quick question. there is an audio file just for the transcriptionist applicant right not a video? Can the audio file be downloaded?

icc prettyprincess: when you are captioning a video are you able to rewind or pause

Cole Massie: Thank you very much. I had no idea that my application transcript was supposed to be verbatim. I wish they made that clear!

My other question was about the speakers in the online transcription software the speaker label goes back and forth between one and two even though there are multiple participants within the test application. Is there a reason for this?

Thanks for your time

Donna McMullin: What does your hourly wage equal when you work for Rev?

Cole Massie: Hi there, I recently tried applying for rev.com I was denied both times I applied. I read the style guide carefully, and it said the default style was a non-verbatim transcript. So naturally I thought okay I'll just go non-verbatim then. However, when I got my denial email, it said that one of the most common mistakes that applicants make is missing words. Even though the default style is non-verbatim is the application transcript a verbatim transcript?

Thanks for your time
