Javon Jacobs: question, can this be done if my laptops connection is wifi. To elaborate im using wifi on my laptop from my modem. And so the cloud thingy interface adapter was assigned with my wifi adapter. I then connect the f0/0 of R1 to the cloud just as in this video and set the dhcp, no shutdown and all that. Nothing happens. Can anyone explain why this is not working?
DRON LAMICHHANE: Please guide me how to connect gns3 1.3.10 cloud to router ASA
Nam Đào Văn: what is dhcp mean ?
MrJwil77: works perfect, thanks!
Javier Pecker: Thank you!!
Regards from Argentina!
cyberpsych1: I'm really trying had not call "B.S." on this, but I believe your configuration (in the background) is not as straightforward as you're presenting this. My thought is that you've actually "bridged" your wireless adapter and an additional adapter followed by using a "single" adapter inside of GNS3. Would you mind sharing how you actually configured your interfaces inside of "Networks and Sharing?" I believe that would be beneficial to those having problems...
Russell Schiwal: Thank you!
Labraj Bohara: I have wifi connection between PC and ADSL router. Looks like this solution doesn't work for wireless connection; any suggestion?
Javier Pérez: Thanks it was very useful
arcolino1: I can ping the interface on the router from the physical pc, and from other pc on the physical lan. I can also ping from the virtual router to the physical lan. I am using gns3 ver 1.2. great video,
Senior Dev. Khalid: tnx bro wanna know how to change super putty skinks inside GNS 3
Jose Eduardo Herrera: thanks, me sirvio lo de ip domain-lookup
oscar salgado: how to connect two devices to a single cloud????
Solomon Mohammed: i have seen your Video as you said it is easy to connect gns3 router to internet but i tied to connect two routers to internet using my desktop interface and wont work i have to shutdown on router interface ,but i want to work with both to test ipsec tunnel
Jeppe Andersen: I get assigned the same IP address as my host(Real Computer). Therefore on my router in GNS3 it says: Duplicate address 192.168.0.101 on FastEthernet0/0
Is there any way I can renew my ip address on the GNS3 router, so I can get another IP address?
Benk Aymen: i do it but i can´t ping my default gatewa ?
Zafar Iqbal: Did not work for wireless but did work for LAN, In case of wireless, no ip address assigned through DHCP . I wonder why?
Jacob Greene: This works for me, but when I try to connect a VM to the router I cannot get connectivity. I can ping from the router to the internet, or if I connect a VM to a switch and put it in my home subnet I can get to the internet. But for some reason when I put a router in between them I do not get connectivity. What am I missing here?
Harriansyah Djuwahir: this is nice video, but its not clear to see
