Vegamon: I think it is great that you are trying to focus on clean eating and healthy body weight but I just wanted to let you know that it is possible to do it high carb and low fat. The high carb aspect gives you a lot of great energy to be able to do the things you love in life, like staying fit and helping others. Have you heard of high carb low fat plant based diets? They are not only amazing for energy but also for ethical reasons. When you eat a plant based diet you are getting all of your nutrition from plants and therefore not needing to harm animals for the food you eat. :) Just wanted to let you know!

LandMeOne: hey! love the vid. totally unrelated but, what earphones do u recommend using while running? I always have the problem of the my standard apple earphones slipping out, and when I use headphones, my ears get sweaty lol (tmi)

Aria: Why do you always try to avoid carbs? Carbs are good for you. Go high carb low fat vegan and you can eat as much as you want.

Its this all or nothing mentality and attitude that leads to starving depriving and then over eating, indulge just dont go crazy you can always have a little more later if your still hungry its not about over eating and feeling sick its about enjoying good food with people you love and having a good time.
